Well if there is no slit/hole for you to try and pry it open, it probably needs to be taken off with a screwdriver. (Stick the flathead screwdriver into the edge where the phone and casing meet and pry it down.)
You hold the phone firmly in one palm then using the thumb on the other hand, you slide the back up toward the top of the phone's screen. (Or you could just drop the phone. When you drop it, the back flies off and the battery skitters across the floor.)
Take the back off then take the battery out and take the sim card and put it back all back on
That varies depending on the make and model of the phone.
I have that phone and mine does not have calling problems. they first day i got it it kept getting stuck in address book but i turned it off, turned it back on and it was fine.
Hold the off button until it turns off, then take the battery out and put a new one in. Then turn the phone back on.
take it out, take it back to the store and ask them to send it off to repair it
Take the battery out and put it back in :)
Your phone will not be sticky, I peeled mine off
Usually, on any current cell phone, you can shut off the power of the phone, and then and take the back off, and then take the battery out, and then blow on the battery. That usually takes off all of the dust from the battery. After blowing on the battery, place it back in the phone, put the back on the phone, and then turn the phone back on. That usually works.....it works on my chocolate touch so good luck!
First of all try to switch it off and on. If it first method get fails then take out the battery and put it back and again Switch on the cell phone . If that method also not work then give to the cell phone store.
If the phone asks you to do it just click "reboot" otherwise, remove the cover from the back and take the battery out for 10secs put the battery back in the phone and wait for the red LED on the front of the phone to turn off and then start your BlackBerry back up again which will take at least 10mins.
Take off the back cover of your phone, and take out the battery. The battery should say what type it is.
Just pull towards the back of the phone from the corners of the cover near the speaker.
