Which panel are you in reference to? The kick panel or the door panel? If it's the kick panel there is a plastic rivot you need to pull out loctated on the forward portion, then you will need to remove the lower plastic from the floorboard that lines the door opening, then you will be able to pull the panel towards the door opening and it will pop right out.
