the easiest way is to un bolt the back bolts of your engine cradle but not completely. just enough to lower the rear of the engine down enough so that your blower can clear.
also removing the coil pack gives you a little room.
How do you take out a blower motor on a vauxhallvectra vectra
It is located on the blower motor housing and is white in color. You have to take the blower motor assembly out as far as I know to get to it.
For a 1994 Deville it is at the back of the engine. Difficult to get at. Must remove the cross bar and air horn, move the wireing adjacent to the motor. Expect to take 2-3 hours.

First, take a socket wrench to remove the cover of the blower motor of a 1993 Chevy truck. Then pull the motor blower out and install a new one in its place. Lastly, screw the bolts of the blower motor cover back in.

The Blower Motor is located behind the glove box. It's really easy. You take out the glove box and there are three screws holding the blower motor on.

The blower motor is under the heat box on the passenger side of the interior. To replace it you disconnect the connector to the electric motor then take out 5 screws around the perimeter of the bottom of the blower.
To replace a blower motor on the resistor first you take off the nozzle and then you go into the motor through the nozzle and unlock it then repeat and oil and done.
remove glove box look at motor area unplug wires to blower motor, remove cover over motor, 5 screws to remove then take out motor and fan assm.
