Unbolt it. It may be held up with "Torx" head type bolts.
Sounds like you lost the vacuum supply to the controls. Check under the hood near the master cylinder area for cracked or disconnected vacuum lines.
Inside the transmission pan area.
It is in the front of the radiator area clipped to the radiator support.
Behind a side panel in the back of the blazer's cargo area on the passenger side, u twist the black knob and pull back the panel
it's located under the dash mid way left of the ash tray area
Under vehicle, inside frame rail, aprox under drivers seat area.

The blower motor high speed relay is located under the hood, on the passenger side firewall close to the blower motor. The blower motor speed resistor is also located in that same area.
The blower motor of a 95 Chevy Caprice is located in the left, rear area of the engine compartment. It acts as the fan which operates the air conditioner and heater.
Look in the area of the left rear of the valve cover or chase the brake booster line.
If you take care of it with regular maintenance and you live in an area that does not salt the roads in winter, you should get 15 yrs out of it. Maybe more.
