There is one on the end panel of the dashboard. (i.e. the bit that you cannot see when the door is shut) just use a flathead screwdriver to open the cover.
It should be fuse 25.

The system thinks that a door is not shut completely. If all of the doors are shut tight, then a door switch is loose or bad.

open the drivers door and you'll see a panel on the, dash... this panel would be covered when the door is shut. just grab a screwdriver and pull it away.
