They're the best instructions I've found for removing the clutch travel limiter and increasing exhaust performance.
Basically, your elite is limited in two ways:
* The diameter of the muffler's head pipe is limited by a washer, increasing exhaust pressure, and lowering engine performance. This washer can be bored out to enhance engine power. * A travel limiter exists on the clutch which cuts engine power to the wheel above some RPM. The limiter plate can be removed thus removing any RPM restrictions.
