Warning: Removing the governor is a good way to dramatically shorten the life of the engine on the bike. Over-revs are not a good way to treat the engine if you want it to last very long.
if it is a 2 stroke their is no gov but what you can do is turn the carb screw this will do the same thing

that dudes wrong i think i have a mini chopper also the sulution to ur prob is be4 u take off once u get it started put the choke switch all the way down i just bought a mini moto it starts but stops, i have no experience in this matter please hep thanx
you take the screw off the carbarator.
Take of the variator pulley and there should be a bolt, just take it off

You can't take off the "governor" on any computerized car.
