Warning: Removing the governor is a good way to dramatically shorten the life of the engine on the bike. Over-revs are not a good way to treat the engine if you want it to last very long.

if it is a 2 stroke their is no gov but what you can do is turn the carb screw this will do the same thing
If you take the wiring harness off a mini chopper which wires from the flywheel do you connect to the coil to get the spark plug going?
