Simple... just don't talk to him. Be friendly, but don't even try to start a converstaion with him.
From my personal experience, if someone rejects you, just let it be and move on... you don't have to talk to him/her.
So i believe its best just to keep things cool and don't get too mean or too happy with him, just keep it nice and cool and see other guys, bcoz im pretty certain that there are always so many more people that might suit u better... or if not one day your crush may just realise what a mistake he has created.
