You can't. They aren't different from each other. They don't develop gender until adulthood, and that gender is determined by the need of that community at the time. Also, many frogs and toads have the ability to change gender if needed. For example, if somehow all of the female toads of a toad community got wiped out, leaving only males, some of those males would change gender in order to maintain the existance. Ever seen Jurassic Park? In the first movie they explain about using frog DNA to revive the Dinasours. They created all males so they could control the population. Later in the movie they find hatched eggs. The Dinasours were switching genders in order to create offspring. All based on fact (except for the bringing dinasours to life part)
