never tell a girl that you love her. word of advice you said : you had a "crush" on her. usually this feeling only last temporarily before you find someone else. but dont say " i love you" until you have gone on dates with her and gotten to know her pretty well. once you know almost everything about her, if you still are crazy about her and your heart says that you love her, then go for it.
