How do you tell a girl she is beautiful when you are not the most attractive guy or are not happy with your appearance or weight I'm not to terribly overweight.. Just not happy with my appearance..?

It honestly depends upon the relationship you have with the girl. If you two are friends, then just tell her you think she's pretty. If you don't know her, then get to know her first, then tell her in a way that doesn't come across as creepy; just that you find her attractive. The best way to get over your unhappiness with your own appearance is to show that you're much more attractive underneath your skin. Let her know you're more than just flesh and bone and go the extra mile to prove it. Be sweet, kind, affectionate, caring, and gentleman-like. Most of all: Be HONEST. Be yourself and be confident in yourself, but don't be too overzealous about it either. And if you want to get into better physical fitness, do some exercising, maybe even invite her to come work out with you to get in that valuable quality time together (just make sure it's something that interests you both). The thing to remember is to NOT, under any circumstances, come on too strong. That will simply push her away. If you don't get at least one date out of all that, then she's not interested in that kind of relationship with you, and you should leave it alone, at least at first. Once she sees that you are a committed friend, she will then be able to confide in you and you will eventually become more intimate. Hope this helps. Good luck chief!
