You be yourself and if she doesn't appreciate you for that then it never would have worked out anyway.
People don't date because they have the same likes, interests and personality. People date because they are interested in each other, and what's more interesting than somebody totally different to yourself! Plus I think if you got to know her a little better you'd realise that she's probably not to disimilar from yourself in some ways.
But regardless, you know how the old saying goes I assume: Opposites attract.
