If this guy friend likes you back, then decide which one you like more and choose one. Telling your guy friend you love him, but staying with your boyfriend would only be toying with his emotions. If he doesn't feel the same way, you might want to tell him eventually, but if you tell him while you're still with someone it might cause problems with your boyfriend. Then the only thing you'll be feeling is disappointed and lonely.
Well you, as they said, should choose who you like more. If it's your boyfriend then you deal with the feelings you have for your guy friend. If you like your guy friend more then tell him you like him AFTER you break up with your boyfriend. I f you do it before he could find out and it could cause some problems.
