When you are a girl, you are supposed be in your limits, why do you want to pursue a guy. If you like him, just like him. when we love someone we want them to be happy. Making first move is not the first or second move, its about expressing your feelings. I am telling you if the guy likes you too, then he will understand if your feelings are genuine for him. You cannot hide, nor can you flaunt it. So mindset is secondary to understanding.
