You can't really tell on your own but your best bet is for you to ask them. If it is a boyfriend, girlfriend, family member, or friend then they should obviously be able to trust you. Just assure them that you are someone that they can trust and that you care about them and that you trust them to make the right decision and you trust them to tell you the truth. Not calling you for long periods of time. They may have lost weight or you notice they don't have that much of an appetite. Looking withdrawn; mood changes (sometimes rage) asking you for money. These are but a few of the signs.U cant... Unless they r sloppy.... U would be amazed @ the ppl in ur everyday life that prob do or have done them!
