Never start a relationship with someone if he's already in a relationship. If he agrees to go out with you and cheat on his girlfriend then what keeps him from cheating on you?! Dont agree to anything at all and keep your feelings aside until he assures you and prooves she doesnt live with him anymore and that they completely broke up. If he doesnt do that then he's a waste of your time and not worth your love.
