The easiest way is to run the car to any of your
local parts houses. They are generally happy to
come out to the parking lot to check it for you.

What, exactly, is the problem?
We need more info here. How do you tell if the clutch has "WHAT" in a Pontiac Sunfire?
I can't tell you precisely, but you'll see it when you pull the inside door panel off to access it.
Goto www.car-parts.com and look up and engine in the list it will tell you all the cars that have that motor
Yes and it may have 2 flasher relays. I could tell you if you had listed the year.
If you have a Haynes or CHilton manual for the car (and I believe that you should!) it may tell you. Otherwise, you can have a mechanic check his book and let you know. OR, you can go to a local junkyard and examine a similar Sunfire or Cavalier. FriPilot
My '96, with over 200,000 miles on the odometer, is getting between 29 and 31 MPG. From what I can tell, the car was well maintained before I bought it. Your mileage may vary ;) FriPilot
you could pull off your positive battery cable if it stalls out then you alternator is the problem
Hi, can you tell us exactly what your question is?
probably would bolt up , which you could tell by making a bolt template of the alternator bracket, but the 2.4 may require an alternator with more voltage especially if air conditioning is introduced
Are you referring to the knob on the shifter or the entire stick. It will help if you can tell us more about what's goin' on. FriPilot
no, instructions tell you to leave them on and they will break off during the bleeding process.
