Aren't you just the most fun person to be around. Honesty is always the best policy. DON'T tell the person you were leading them on (it's a rotten thing to do and worse to tell them) but just say it like it is .... you don't feel the relationship is working out and would like to move on. Try to reach down somewhere in that heart of yours and at least give them a compliment such as "it was fun being with you, but it's just not working out and I hope you find someone to fall in love with soon."
