If you do not know him, your relationship is more of a crush on your end. So, going to the effort to tell him you love him before you have more than an acquaintanceship is going overboard. And, both of you are likely to become uncomfortable. If your friend will carry the message to him that you like him and would like to get to know him, that might be helpful in getting to the next step. Otherwise, the situation is like it is with any other guy you don't know...

You have to stop letting them do that to you. Why do you let them do it? They are not great friends when this is happening. Talk to them and tell them that you don't appreciate and ask them why it is always happening. If they don't come back with a valid answer or an apology I would review the friendship.

I don't see any point in telling your friend's brother you love him. There are too many miles between you and long distance relationships rarely work out. It's easy to think you are in love when all you can imagine who the other person is online and never really get to know them. Leave it for now and just chat. Later you could say 'If you ever come here perhaps we could go out on a date and I'll show you around.' Short ot that there isn't much you can say.
