Philematophobia is a real phobia even if a hard one for most people to understand. The best thing that you can do is learn as much as you can about it, and why you have it, and then sit down and have a talk with him. It's scary because your afraid of how he'll react, but right now he thinks you have a problem with kissing him personally, not just that you have a problem with kissing. Once you explain to him what's going on and discuss with him the options of things you can do together to overcome it, most guys take it really well. If he doesn't take it well, then you know that he is really just more intrested in kissing you than making sure that you're comfortable and happy with him.
