Just tell him that you love him so much that you would do anything for him. let him come out with you all the time, and don't give any other guys the time of day except him. make sure that you are always staring at him and when he asks you why just say "i am so lucky to have an amazing person in my life and you are the only guy for me" that should reasure him.
Ask yourself honestly if you have given him any cause whatsoever to be jealous, or to feel insecure in your relationship. If the answer is "no", then my advice would be to run a mile in the opposite direction, as I know from experience jealous men become more and more controlling the longer you are with them. Never marry a jealous man, as your life will be made miserable by his demands and insecurities.
The alternative would be to tell your b/friend firmly you do not intend to pander to his jealousy as you have never been unfaithful to him, and from then on you refuse to react to any jealous remarks he makes to you. Then you just hope that in time he will come to feel more secure the longer you are together.
