There is no ruling that you have to tell your parents anything. Date this young woman for awhile and when you think the two of you are getting along well enough then ask your mother if you could invite her over for dinner. Parents are smarter than you think and I have no doubt they suspect something already, but it's your personal life and especially moms are wise enough to not say anything until you feel comfortable enough to tell her. You'd be quite surprised how understanding moms can be. Meanwhile, if you are sexually active (not accusing you) then learn all you can about sex and sexually transmitted diseases, use a condom.
