One step at a time. Be true to your self and that of your spouse and get a divorce first. Then pursue your office mate. I would though make sure that she has feelings for you before you take the leap. Have respect for doing the right thing, the right way and you will have no regrets. Good luck. It's time you matured and realized you took marriage vows. Yes, some people that are married can fall out of love with each other, but it appears you haven't even tried to communicate your feelings to you wife or given her a chance to do the same. You both owe each other (and any children you might have) that much. Sometimes when we are hurting in our married relationship and a friend of the opposite sex or a coworker is kind to us we can often misinterpret this as love when it really isn't. If you really feel so unhappy in your marriage and feel you have given it 100% without any success then have the spine to approach your wife and separate for awhile. Don't make the mistake of jumping from the frying pan into the fire on this one. Meaning, use the separation to get to know yourself and know your weakness's' and find your strengths. Don't go on the rebound, leave your wife and wish you were dating your coworker. Bad mistake!
