You have to be honest with her and tell her that her friendship with the other man bothers you, you're uncomfortable and feel threatened. Ask her how she would feel if you had a close female friend. If you trust her, tell her...I'm guessing you don't trust him. Tell her you believe that her other relationship is weakening your marriage, she should respect your feelings, even if there is nothing going on with the other guy and she has no intentions of letting anything happen. If she values the marriage more than the friendship, she'll understand and cool it.
