They do make a pressure gauge that snaps in. I've never seen one except in a Ford dealership.
Probably same problem I am having. Seems to be either the fuel pump or fuel filter. I am changing the fuel filter first, because they are cheaper.
Henry Ford's first car the "Quadricycle" that he built in 1896 ran on gasoline.
The pluses of having a Ford Commercial truck is they seem to have the alternative fuel Ethanol or E85. This is alternative fuel for the environment, and would probably be better if you are using the vehicle every day.
Yes ( the electric fuel pump for a Ford Explorer is inside the fuel tank )
Chevrolet and Ford introduced fuel injection in 1957.
I was looking at the 1996 Ford Escort Owner Guide and it doesn't show anything about it having a low fuel warning light ( or a check " gage " light )
located in the fuel tank, can be replaced without removing the tank (under the rear seats)
a 4x4 extended cab diesel is about 6200pds without fuel
That is a sign of a bad fuel pump
Well first of all, the car will not start without gas. Second you face the risk of having the fuel pump clogged and would need to replace it.
yes, actually 1996 was the first year that ford used obdII, so it's electronic fuel injection.
no you have to get the fuel started from the tank
