Well from what Ive heard, the only way without surgery is with facial exercises.

1:Press palm flat on forehead and gently push giving resistance with head and neck.Hold for 10 seconds.Repeat with back of head,and both sides as well.

2;Lift chin upwards and chew exaggeratedly

Do the above twice a day.

I have been doing it for about a month and it seems to be working some . I have quite a "wattle".These exercises are to build up muscle to fill out sags....
