If you've got a 4.0 litre engine than you've got a Automatic belt tensioner on the engine. Sits to the right of the alternator. If your belt is loose, than you need to check that the belt is on properly on all the pulleys, or if you have the right belt. If the belt was made for a motor with A/C and yours doesn't have that, then the belt will be to long. Check with your local auto part supply store. Hope this helps...... For info on how to route the belt, get a chiltons manuel and it will have a diagram.
Generally, serpentine belt systems have a spring loaded tensioner pulley in them that don't require adjustment. However if your belt is loose, look for an idler pulley (one that does not drive anything). These will sometimes have an adjustment on them. A word of caution, serpentine belts require a specific tension that, if adjustable, require specialized tools to set them. Too tight and you will wear components driven by the belt prematurely, too loose and there can be problems with a component in the system. If you are a proficient do-it-yourselfer, I would suggest buying a service manual and following the proper procedures outlined in there.
you don't tighten a serpentine belt the tension is supplied by a tension pulley if belt is loose, it is time to replace belt or tension pully if tension pully needs repplacing belt will be worn anyway
It should have an automatic tensioner, and no adjustment is provided.
Should be done automatically by the belt tensioner - if not tensioner could be bad

1st you would need to know if the car is a 93 convertable or sports sedan. If the sports sedan, when you say radio...do you mean the face plate on the dash that you see..this is the ICM...the radio component or the ecm is in the dash...
you should replace the factory amplifier and that will solve your problem

That all depends. The going rate for these cars, measured on a scale, has been anywhere from 2800, up to about 4000. Course this depends on if its a coupe, wagon, sedan, options, cargo, driver weight, etc.
