A vehicle that old and heavy probably needs new steering bushings and tie rod ends, and may need the entire steering rebuilt. Take it to a mechanic. If you have to ask, you won't be able to do it yourself.

Remove the belt from your 1992 Chevy Lumina power steering pump. Remove the power steering pump hose. Remove the power steering pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new power steering pump.

Put the new serpentine belt on to your 1992 Chevy Corsica pulleys. Push the tensioner pulley to the left to tighten the serpentine belt.
It should be to the left of the steering column just under the dash. I FOUND IT. As this is a van conversion it was located on the lower lip of the dash just to the left of the Hood release. Thanks. This might help the next guy.
