Check for worn parts i.e. Steering rack (if so equipped) if not Idler arm Drag link Tie rod ends Ball joints Steering box
The adjustment is on top of the steering box. Loosen the locking nut then tighten the bolt lightly. Over tightening will cause the box to be too tight.
a lot can happen and none of it is good the idler arm is one of the main components of the steering linkage and if it breaks you could loose control of your steering

The outside door handle on the driver's side is loose on the right side not the left. I found the screw for the out side left after taking the door panel off but could not find how to tighten the outside right of the handle. How is it connected ?
