You'll notice your Hyundai xg300 doesn't have a tensioner. There are adjusting bolts on the Power Steering pump and I think on the alternator (might be on the ac compressor). Just turn the bolts righty tighty till the belt is tightened. Be sure to leave a little slack because they shouldn't be so tight you can't move the belt. Like if you push on the belt, you should be able to move it about a half inch or so. If they still squeak, then you may need to replace the belt.

The heater blower in a 2001 Hyundai XG300 is located on the passenger side of the engine. The blower resistor will be located on the firewall.
