The oil sending unit is located on the top of the turbo on the 94 turbo diesel 7.3
You should drain all the oil out and put the correct oil in.
4 quarts in the non turbo so should be around the same
if it's a turbo engine you should only use synthetic oil only!! if it's a non-turbo engine a conven. oil will do.
3.2 gallons non turbo, 4 gallons with turbo
oil squirters are installed on a turbo block that shoots oil onto the piston skirts so that detonation does not occur with the high temps in the cylinder.

if you have the exhaust manifold, oil lines, etc. from the 89 GT then yes.
The manual states it requires (non-turbo) 3.5 qts with filter.
