Yes. After you've defeated the Elite Four you may proceed to Route 15 where there is a building similar to Pal Park. You need your two games and two DSes. Enter the PokeTransfer building in Pokemon Black and talk to the person inside. After following instructions, leave Pokemon Black open and open your second DS with Platinum loaded. Instead of selecting Platinum to play, choose "DS Download Play" After a bit, you should receive something from Pokemon Black. You may transfer up to 6 Pokemon at once. Pokemon transferred may not have HM moves, hold items, be an egg, or be a spiky eared pichu.
