Mute all tracks but one and then Share the song with iTunes by pressing the export function in the Song select screen. Do this for all the tracks so that you have as many files as you have tracks. These M4A files then can be emailed or sent via USB flash drive to your friend's computer. Your friend then uses iTunes to add these M4A files to the Garageband Documents list on the Apps tab of iTunes. Your friend then creates a new blank song. These new tracks will show up with the loops in Garageband and can be dragged on to blank tracks.
