Not much you can do about it. Keep it elevated, like lie on your back with a thick pillow under the lower leg. Maybe a compression bandage - but make sure your toes still feel OK. If it's still painful you can use an ice pack - but don't put the ice directly on to the skin, and make sure your toes still feel OK:
