Take it to the vet! The cat is obviously in great distress and this is a very serious situation ( likely a very painful saddle thrombosis from a heart condition). Think how you would like to be helped with kindness and compassion, and taken to get qualified medical help, if you couldn't move your legs. Please get the poor cat help straight away.
