eeerrrrr yakky,i would probably say eeeerrrrmmmmm worms or somert like that,ohhhh it could be piles,lol,they hurt aswell,and sometimes burst when you strain for a poo.lol.i would get some anal itching cream,a pharmacist can advise on that but if you are shy about it then there are plenty available off the shelf rather than over the counter. ∙ 14y agoThere are lots of creams out there that can help. Try a heat rash cream, this helps alot with me. Just ask your chemist. I have also found that moisterising there every day reduce irritation of that region a lot.
