How do you treat cat ear mites without going to the vet?

There is really no way to do this. You may have to try to treat this cat with help.

If your cat has ear mites, take it to the local vet and they will give you meds that you yourself have to apply directly in their ears. It takes up to 1-2 weeks for the mites to clear out.

Your vet can give you a medication to swab in the cat's ears. It requires daily treatments for a week or two, but will clear up the mites. (Your cat will probably not be happy about the treatments, but it is for its own good) :)

Just like dogs, cats drool. My dog drooled when it was expecting a treat. If you do this on a regular basis they get a reflex action anticipating the treat. Cats sense that you are going to give it a treat and it purrs, drooling awaiting the treat. I had a strange cat that did this with caramel candy. The cat liked caramel candy and at a certain time of day the cat would show up wanting the candy. Purring and drooling. It was a special habit.

if another cat bites a cat it will get infected if dirt and germs get into it that's why you should treat the cat bite right away if your cat is an outdoor cat treat it right away and try to keep the cat inside as much as possible.
