There are several different ways to treat a migraine. First I would talk to a Doctor to make sure you are having migraines. There are several prescriptions available to help with migraine pain. (I used to get them quite frequently). I take melatonin and sleep it off when possible. I know people who also take feverfew. I have also heard that putting damp tea bags on you're eyes helps.
