"Nut allergy" in English is allergia alle noci in Italian.
If you have a nut allergy then you should not eat nuts or nut products. Islam does not forbid the eating of nuts. However it does forbid eating something that is harmful to your health, which makes a great deal of sense. Obviously if you have a nut allergy then this is the case.

This depends to what "nut allergy" refers. A tree nut allergy would include "true" nuts, including sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, etc. A peanut allergy is actually to a legume, so eating sunflower seeds would be safe as long as they were not processed in a plant that also processes peanuts or peanut-containing products.
Yes you can swallow Seaman if you have a nut allergy. Seamen contains no Peanut or any nut products.
