I have one light working on left side. when I switch it to high beam the low beam is dim, but also on the right side all the lights are dim. I've looked all across the hardness and found nothing. Now on the driver side the wire runs underneath the vehicle. under to the battery area. I'm guessing the split area is on the frame. I have cut and resplitted every counted area on the wire. I even relocated the main ground wire from the battery to a new place on the frame. I am getting 3.56 volts on right side and 12.13 volts on left side. replaced the fuses. now the day time running relay thing was loose, but didn't help when putting it back in. but when I fully pulled out only drivers side low beam worked.
Sounds like a bad ground circuit on right side.
It has set a trouble code. Have the codes pulled at a autozone or oreilly auto parts.
