New spark plugs, check the wires to see if they need to be replaced, new air filter, new fuel filter, oil and filter. That's about it, unless the bike was running bad before then more needs to be done. Like syncro the carb's, and timing. Have the timing belts been changed, pick-up's, thermostat, coolant, fan temp sensor, ( it usually needs to be replaced), that's about for now.

The fuse box on a 1981 GL1100 Goldwing is located under the seat near the battery. It is sealed in a water tight box to prevent damage.
