Well if you have a sister, go in to her closet and pick out some outfits that you think you would look good in. Use socks to make an estimate of your desired breast size. Once you have found some good outfits, go to asurgeon and get pair of your desired breast size. Then begin to shave your legs. Have a wig ready or get a hair transplant to get your desired hair choice. Now comes the fun part. Start going to different stores to look for girl clothes. You will also have to stop hanging out with as many boy friends as you may already have. So look around for some cute girls to hang out with. You will need a new name too. Now that you have chosen some casual clothes and you have breasts, go to bra shop and get fitted. You will need some sexy clothes. Now you have clothes you need shoes. Now I know you are hesitant but if you want to be a girl this is a price you must pay. Now you must look like a complete girl except your jewelry and makeup. Now go to a make up and jewelry artist and ask for a recommendation After that you should blend right in except for your voice. Work on that and your walk.

You can't exactly turn into a girl, although you can act and dress like one, and you can consider surgery when you're older.

Hopefully you will have family that you trust enough to discuss this with, and who care enough for you to support you if you make this decision.

If you live in a big enough city there will be support groups that can help you, and where you can meet others that are like you. They should be able to advise you on legal issues, medical issues and simple things like where to buy clothes
