On a VW Jetta 1999 the ABS light won't turn off. Does the ABS system needs servicing or is it a sensor that needs to be replaced?
Repair the ABS system so it functions.
If you are trying to turn out the light, taking the ABS fuse out will not turn it off as it's a fail-safe light and will come on if power is lost to the ABS system or there is a fault with it. Only way is to take the actual bulb out.
turn your key on. if u'd see ABS light on, before they all will go out then u do.
to fix the problem in the brake system
ETS is connected to your ABS. ETS is a traction control and is linked to your ABS so to get your ETS light off you'll probably have to fix your ABS to get the light off. On mine, fixing a broken wire on my ABS plug which runs into the hub fixed my problem.
