It would be helpful to know the year of the vehicle, but generally, under the hood you will find PDC (power distribution center, aka, fuse box). Depending on the year of the vehicle, remove the cover and look under the cover, you will find a schematic of the fuses. One will be labeled "DRL". Remove this fuse.
You can also push the dome override button on and off a few times until you hear a ding. However, you have to do this every time you start your truck.
