Visit your dealership. There was a recall issued on multiple VIN codes with having this issue. Even if your vehicle is not covered under the recall campaign ID, so long as the tech sees the light on it will be covered under a special coverage adjustment ---FREE! It's basically a bad steering gear motor, it's electronically motorized and that's why you don't have Power Steering fluid. Worked at a Saturn dealership --don't let them pull one on you-- it's covered.
