we all know how to do it. but if you mean in "not a sexual way" then here is what you do and don't do: (i am a boy BTW and I'm quite young)
1. don't dress slutty/ sexually. it does no good.
2. flirt a bit. not over the top, but you get what i mean. just hint at it
3. now, i'm not to sure about this, but it works for me. flutter your eyelids, purse your lips (not dramaticly) and talk in a soft voice.
that might help, but i think your not going to win him over, because he will not under stand what your doing.
