Click your mouse on the crank and turn it clockwise. You can only turn it while Black Widow is not throwing down art. After every 4 items thrown, she will get mad and stop, then throw a small bomb at you. As soon as she stops throwing, turn the crank once or twice, then jump out of the way to avoid the bomb. You will have to repeat this process at least 12 times to get the lift up to Black Widow.

You can only turn the crank when the Black Widow is not dropping artwork, and you have to avoid the small bombs. After you catch each set of FOUR items, she will pause and get mad, and then throw the bomb. You have just the time between catching the 4th item and the arrival of the thrown bomb. If you turn the crank one or two times each try, you should get the shady guy up to the top in 10 to 12 sets of items (it may take longer if you have trouble grabbing the crank).
