more than likely needs to be hooked to a computer
It is all automatic through the computer. Chances are there are other problems such as vacuum leak, carbon in the throttle body, out of time, bad spark plugs or wires.
The idle is automatic. If the speed is not corect then you have to fix the problem with the idle motor.
