Yes this bluetooth is compatible with the blackberry 7100i.

There is not a code, it will give an error message asking for the unlock code. Once you get that error, you screwed up the sim and it will not work in either phone again and it locks up your phone and it cannot be unlocked. Nextel does not have the unlock code, Motorola made the phones that way.
The BlackBerry 7100i is a smartphone developed by Research in Motion (RIM) in April of 2006. This smartphone was released on Nextel's iDEN network and had support for Nextel's walkie-talkie service. When the smartphone was released it could be bought for $199.99 after rebates. The smartphone can be bought today (2013) for $16.00 online.
Your price would depend on the type of calling features and who you wanted to choose as your cell phone carrier. You could call places like Verizon,Sprint,T-Mobile or you could even check in the stores you frequently shop at.
Yes. But the sim card has to be compatible. I think the number on the sim card has to end in 310.
YES! I have a 7100i Blackberry on the BOOST UNLIMITED plan ($50) per month and I have MMS texting, internet(not that crappy "mobile" internet,) and working apps(Google Maps/Weather Eye/Google Sync...etc.) Plus I have the Direct Connect walkie talkie function with Boost AND Nextel customers. The 8350i does even MORE!
easy, all you have to do is put the sim card in the phone, and it should start working, if it doesn't then go to your boost dealer and tell them your problem
i just bought one off ebay, blindly. It is a nextel 600 contact, yellow front, SIMGUS003R. I have not yet activated it, but i am planning on doing it soon
