There are lots of ways to unlock info on the other sims the only people you cannot get information on are Emperor Xizzle and Honest Jackson but you should be able to find things out about everyone else.to unlock info you need to calm down an angry sim , restrain a loopy sim , cheer up an upset sim or romance a sim that is in the mood all of these should get you secret info.
